How To Find Wisconsin Walleye Fishing Hot Spots
In Wisconsin, the walleye fishing is a sport so popular that some resorts center of activities, accommodation and advertising campaigns all around. Especially in the winter season of ice fishing, these resorts are a popular getaway, and housing search can be a nightmare. However, when you realize that fishing for walleye in Wisconsin is one of the best in the country, you'll understand why people come to the area, and you're ready to make the trip yourself.
One of the best places to visit is the Menominee River, especially around Marinette, Wisconsin. Here, walleye begin to bite about four days after loosening in the lower Fox River, about mid-spring. It is an hour north by car from popular place of Fox River, but worth it to develop, especially because there are seasons when the good game only lasts a couple of days. After that, fishing walleye Wisconsin may be dead for another year.
