A fishing village of L'Estartit
The resort Estartit is situated on the northern coast of Spain and about thirty miles from Gerona airport.
It was originally a fishing village but development in this area has become a great holiday destination. The resort Estartit is a small town with a port Sports and 6km of sandy beach watching the beautiful Medes Islands, famous for its marine life.

Diving, Horse Riding Micro lighting mountain walks are all available. Excursions to Barcelona, Montserrat Figueras, Girona, etc. can be booked in the city.
The Medes Islands is once the haunt of pirates and smugglers of these islands can be reached by glass bottom boat that allows a view of the clear water and spectacular marine life.
The Aquatic Park is fantastic water park, located in Roses, and has super fast slides a Jacuzzi and a poolside bar – a fun day.
Like most European resorts are a great number of restaurants and fast food establishments. There is food and traditional drinks such as paella and bleeding and less traditional fare such as burgers and coke.
The nightlife is great and suits all tastes from Spanish dances for family entertainment the young and lively bars. Therefore, can be enjoyed by a number of age groups.
The weather is especially hot in the summer months and therefore the resource is highly populated. Normally longer comfortable in the months of May and September, so that the complex is less populated. The season normally starts in April and run until October.
