Does anyone have the nutritional information on the spatula or also known as the paddlefish?
My wife and I have eaten before and is very good, but with our new way of eating i want to make sure it is healthy. I suppose that since the fish is healthy qualities i just cannot find anywhere.
spatula is white meat, boneless and has a firm texture. is very good eating, but how does it compare nutrition for catfish, carp, sunfish or other species F / W seems to have had a lot of research. are probably more healthy than those fish caught in the industrial zones. l that they prefer cooler waters clean below dams. I know that abound in the Ozark rivers below the dams and are not captured by the hooks.
