I just started New Game + with a dipstick 3, is upgraded to silver. In my other game, I have the soft power after getting level 3. Are there different rules for NG +?
I have not Indeed the New Game + yet, but this tutorial help I have been using seems to say that in the child's file, you need to reach level 4 for soft skills energy. Power Berries: – There are 5 (each one increases the resistance of 100 pts) — Fishing rods reach level 3 —> O lvl 4 if in child's file and had lvl 3 in original file —> comes from increasing the level bar and not the type of fish "Good luck!
