Where is the best fishing of under near Great Smoky Mountains National Park?
I'm looking for big lakes or rivers that I put in my kayak bass fishing in or near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in North Carolina. Does anyone have any advice?
There Douglas Lake in Tn. And Fontana Lake, Lake Santeetlah North Carolina. Fontana Lake Smoky Mountain frontier. NP, and has a small mouth and Walleye sure. My bet would be to fish Fontana Douglas. Not sure about some of the rivers and streams next to the park, but they know that trying to keep only native species (trout) in streams of the park / the rivers.
