Ok, I live in Wisconsin and I'm going fishing in the Fox River, is soon to tie 6 lines illegal fishing aboard a bat and tie them to the dock?
Check with local fish and game department for a commercial license. A multi-line and tackle hook would probably be considered unsportsmanlike anywhere in the U.S..
