One idea that in a magazine about a elivator was all down to earth, as it still has not mentioned just said 36,000 km long elivator all the way to the base? So my idea is much the same way, but the fishing system that insted click the flying machine and pull up? It's just a theory? Can also sug a little air of Earth's atmosphere and use it in a database collecting all the air?
Wow, are you typing with your elbows or something? I really can not understand what you are trying to say! However, there are plenty of ideas on lifts space. You can read the Wikipedia article for an overview. I do not know if any of them include a system to take an airplane in flight to a lift or hoist to the orbit – if that's what I was trying to go.
