Have you had success with vitamin E and / or fish oils?
Somehow I feel anemic and like a zombie or something in the winter. But in the summer spring and I'm happy and I feel more relaxed. I feel that way all year round! So nobody has had a good experience with vitamin E and / or fish oil? Can you take together? How long does it take to work? What dose is a good amount to be affective? What brand and what you suggest? OOPS! I think I refer to vitamin D. … or vitamin E help too?
Yes, I would say, vitamin D would be better for the state of encouragement and many people feel more depressed during the winter because of it .. More serious cases are still called seasonal affective disorder. Anyway, Fish oil is good for cardiovascular health, brain health, skin health, and many other benefits in the body. The recommendation should be in the bottle and is commonly 3 capsules (often 1,000 mg each) throughout the day and that's a general guideline. Vitamin D has an RDA of 400 IU, but most people have studied the vitamin D agree that is too low. General recommendations of vitamin D is 1,000 IU per day or 2,000 IU per day during the winter. Some Doctors recommend more during the winter and / or less during the summer depending on sun exposure and severity of vitamin D. When the skin is affected by sunlight, occurs naturally its own vitamin D, so if you get enough sun during the summer, probably not necessary (and should not take) supplemented with vitamin D. .. but vary according to their particular need. As for brands, any answer given here is only a personal opinion (I can give my opinion if you want similar). There are many higher quality companies out there that are readily available and well priced … Just make sure that the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as are the principal organizations guarantee quality (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide). Good luck and I hope that helped!
