Fishing Maui
Snorkeling in Maui?

I wondered what the difference of the coral gardens and Molokini, snorkeling wise. Which is better and has no recommendation. Also, is there a problem with dangerous sharks or fish. My husband and I are going in March and Leary are a swim in the ocean, but I just I wanted some opinions on the safety of all and that is better?

I only snorkeled Molikini, so I can only give my opinion on that. I enjoyed much of my diving trips Molikini and seemed to be as good or better than any place in Hawaii. (I've been in all the islands.) Molikini If you choose, beware time you go snorkeling at the company you choose. To make the water softer, leaving so early in the morning as possible. As for snorkeling company, choose a company that uses a smaller boat. The reason I say this is that once the ship arrives at Molokini, the largest crowd in his boat, the more crowded than feel when you. I've always had very good luck with the trilogy. Take small group sizes and go on a catamaran, so you get to do some candle, which is very quiet and pleasant. They also serve a delicious breakfast and lunch. They leave early and get a prime place in the crater, because your boat is more small, they can get to that point. Another great thing about the trilogy that other companies do not offer is that they usually take you to a place snorkel second, depending on the weather and water. That's a very nice advantage. When you Molikini (vs. Coral Gardens) you'll get miles off the coast of Maui, so it is good to get to see the island from that point of view in water. Another bonus of going to Molokini is that since you'll be there in March, is still whale season. There is a real good chance you'll see whales in the road. Trilogy kept an eye open for them and stop the catamaran for passengers to take a look. As Leary of swimming in the ocean, I fully to understand. I may be the biggest chicken of the sea. :-) When are you going with a smaller company, they have a chance to look out for more. They do a great working to educate yourself before entering the water. They will provide flotation devices for you. As for sharks, you're in the ocean, that sharks are definitely there. It is unlikely that you see one, however. In all my snorkeling in Hawaii, I've only seen a shark and that was in the Bay of Hulopoe in Lanai. That shark just taking care of their business and not approached us. One thing you can do, especially if you're super nervous is to swim near her husband, perhaps even of the hand … that way you see a shark and the shark approach something that usually is not much bigger than them.
