Missouri Ozark Mountains allow you to capture more fish then the rest of the United States.
Some tips when planning a fishing vacation, no matter where you are going are not take all of your computer unless you really want. You can always find directory services that can provide everything you need. It can also provide any fishing necessary licenses required. If you plan to fish outside the country, make sure you are allowed to export and import of fish.
One of the best ways to find good fishing spots is to ask other fishermen who like fish. These small caches are sometimes the best fishing spots around.
