Crafts for Kids: Part I Thread Starter
Three or four years ago, I was a fan of accounts. I loved starting and I did accounts animals all the time. Having completed more than hundred animals and creatures accounts, I gave up. I got bored with. A few weeks ago, came to my mind and decided to start heading back. After I made some animals, I realized I still love game.
It's fantastic!
So let's begin!
First, you need:
- accounts
- wire (or nylon fishing line)
- pattern
Indeed, what use, wire or fishing line nylon? Previously, I used fishing line, because it seemed easier to use. And it is easier to use in fact, because its end does not break. Without however, has no definite shape. The animal will remain in your feet. Animals with cable will last. You can bend as you want. And it's a big advantage! Therefore, I suggest the wire, but very fine wire.
Important
if you are doing an animal that has to be round, 3D or fat (as a penguin), always use the nylon fishing line, because the wire will be almost completely flat.
I have a good example to demonstrate this:
Once, I decided to do an owl grain, which was completed in the photo example.
After I finished (using cable), which looked like a bat and not an owl. It was completely flat.
I was very angry and scolded me the book. Later, I read the text next to the owl who said that the use of nylon fishing line.
The next day I took the owl again, using nylon fishing line. When finished, looked exactly like the picture. Had he been around.
Thus, the fishing line to use rounded and 3D animals.
What about accountability? I've been using the seeds (small) beads for the body of animals since I started heading. There are also long balls (do not know the proper name), use them to the wings and sometimes to the legs.
Seed Beads:
These are the basic accounts that we use for departure. In general, constitute the body of an animal. Today, you can buy in any color, size and shape you want. I use a small, quiet (do not know the exact size) and round seed beads.
Larger grains:
These are much larger than grains of seed. Usually used for the eyes of an animal. However, using every time I want to emphasize something.
Long Count:
The size of long balls is one of the seed grains and the 'larger grains. "The use for the wings, legs and sometimes for some other body parts the animal.
