Why is my 12-volt battery not loading properly?
I have a 12 volt battery for underwater fishing camera, but not will upload correctly. It has 0 life in it and not accept a charge even though it is new? Any ideas. It came with this small and inexpensive charger with two small tweezers in it.
Measure the battery voltage to see if that's the problem.
