United Kingdom: When fishing from the beach, there are only certain times and areas are open to fishermen?
I want to start in fishing, and I live just ten minutes away from the coast of Weymouth and Portland. It would be very easy for me down to the beach and fish there. What I would like to know is, Can I walk by any stretch of beach at any time of day, and fish? Thanks!
