Ok here goes! :] Tank: love like other fish swimming space, not cramped little tanks. So the question would be happier in the tanks of 1 gallon or more. Despite 0.5 liters are good too. High ammonia can kill your betta. The first step is to take the betta to a container. Then, when replacing water, make sure your temperature the same as the old water before placing your betta back in.
