Could use the logo of Popeye to hire fishing business in New Zealand?
We are starting a charter fishing business and Ike wouldl Popeye use as our logo? I have read that the character is in the public domain in the EU. New Zealand seems that copyright law after 50 years death of the authors, so it should be public domain and free to use here? Thanks
