Do you know of any place that knows how to cook good fish?
Since coming to America, I've had some bad experiences with the fish. I beginning to the conclusion that Americans simply do not know how to prepare fish properly. Growing up in the Caribbean, fish was by far my favorite, but never had a good fish in the United States 
Anyone here even cook the fish? "I'm ready to go home, that's how desperate I am.
