What is the best way to warm Tandoori (grilled) Add fried fish and shrimp?
I am planning to make Tandoori fish (fish marinated in yogurt and spices and broiled in the oven) and stir-fried shrimp (with onions and peppers) for dinner tomorrow. I fear that if these two dishes reheat in the microwave shrimp will toughen and dry fish. Any ideas?
I would wait until tomorrow to cook. Just prepare all vegetables and spices beforehand. You are right to re-warm / microwave seafood is not where near as fresh cooked If absolutely necessary, I suggest slowly warming them over a water bath to control the heat. You want to avoid boiling fish and get tough
