I am a Thai citizen with U.S. permanent resident card.?
I want to visit Baja Mexico in the next couple of weeks for fishing about 3 days and a passport is not an option for me now. It takes too long and I do not think anyone with a permanent resident card can request one unless emergency situations. Is there an easier way to get there maybe a permanent resident card and identification or Do I to go through the process with the agency in Immigration? I have no other suggestions my Thai passport "thanks lol.'m just a college student trying to go to Mexico and enjoy! I do not want to be held back …. suspect???
If you are a Thai citizen then you need a Thai passport. You can not obtain a U.S. passport to become a U.S. citizen. Visa not required for tourist stay of max. 180 days, provided they have: – proof of residence, and – Tourist Card / FMT form issued (free of charge) by airlines, travel agencies or on arrival. Immigration officers will decide on max. period of residence. children under age 14 traveling alone, must be met by an adult. Visitors should possess: – Ticket and the documents required for forward / return journey, and – sufficient funds. noncompliance with regulations input will result in fines for companies ranging from USD 850 .- to a maximum of USD 1.800 .-, and deportation of passenger to country of origin at the expense of the carrier.
