Can I bring my Alaska capture fisheries in Canada?
I'm going on a fishing trip for salmon and halibut in Sitka, AK, next month, and I live in British Columbia. The charter company freezes and pictures of my capture, and I'm checking as baggage. Canadian Customs I may bring back?
Yes they will. Make sure you let them know where they are caught, it does not foresee any problems, especially on a plane frozen fish. People bring hunting and fishing trophies back from Alaska through Canada and back in the 48 all the time.
